Week 37: Sep 10-16

This week we have a series of fun but challenging workouts as per usual. We start Monday off with a heavy compound lift of thrusters mixed with a high box jump. The goal for the box jumps will be to try and jump your highest yet.

Happy Labour day weekend everyone. This week we start Monday off (AKA International Chest Day) with one bench press followed by an intensive aerobic WOD. Tuesday we focus on Overhead squats to enhance our technique.

Week 35: Aug 27 – Sep 2

This week we start Monday off with a bang meaning we are doing Filthy Fifty. Tuesday’s strength portion is Sumo Deadlifts with the focus of going heavier each set.

Week 34: Aug 20-26

We are kicking Monday off with a barbell complex. To choose your weight for each complex, you’ll need to figure out a weight you can feasibly use for the prescribed number of reps of your weakest lift.

Week 33: Aug 13-19

This week we will test our strength with a heavy 2 rep max on Monday and a heavy floor press on Tuesday. Wednesday and Friday’s strength will include some functional movement to help keep our body balanced and strong.

Hello everyone! Again we would like to welcome coach Anthony to our team. This week we have in store for you some heavy double push press and deadlifts. Wednesday’s WOD is a spicy EMOM that includes sleds and DB snatches.

This week we have some interesting strength/muscular endurance programs set up for you on Monday and Tuesday. Followed by some functional bodybuilding to help us maintain healthy and strong movement patterns.

This week for our lower body lifts we will be performing a heavy sumo deadlift on Monday and heavy barbell back lunges on Wednesday.

This week we start Monday off with a long chipper. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we have some functional bodybuilding set up for you to help balance out our bodies to keep us strong for our big lifts.
