This is the typical weekly schedule for CrossFit and our other Group Fitness offerings. Each class is 1-hour and generally consists of a short dynamic warmup, followed by the main working and finally a cooldown/stretch at the end. Classes may change due to weather, trainer availability, or holidays. Please call if you are unsure of a class time/date 647-352-2348 or send an email to booking@crossfiteglinton.ca.
Due to COVID, most classes are limited to 8 people to provide ample spacing and to maximize the use of equipment and coaching. The schedule below is our regular schedule, although some classes are not yet available as we reopen. Please reserve a spot in advance to secure your space using the links at the bottom of the page.
