Up-tempo class combining Rowing & Spinning with Circuit Training
The name says it all – it’s a mixture between CrossTraining and a Cardio workout. The class will get your heart rate up, crush a bunch of calories, and have you reaching for your water bottle until you collapse on the floor at the end. On occasion we combine team exercises with some friendly competition to help motivate participants and get them to push beyond their comfort zones. This description probably won’t be enough so you might as well just come and try it for yourself to see what it’s all about!
