OnRamp for beginners and anyone new to CrossFit
If you’ve NEVER done CrossFit before and don’t feel comfortable jumping right into a class, you can join our OnRamp Program. It’s recommended for anyone new to CrossFit. The workouts are structured around a series of one-on-one coaching sessions with an emphasis on learning the foundation movements of CrossFit. This will give you a solid base to build from, so when you join the classes you will be much more confident and capable of pushing yourself with proper movement mechanics, ensuring safety and optimal performance. There is a lot of teaching going on during every session but each one is still a complete workout.
Also included is an initial assessment that will help benchmark your current fitness level, understand and set your goals, and create the best plan to achieve them. The Sports Medicine consultation will help evaluate any mobility issues or injuries.
As a bonus, you can choose between 2 or 4 weeks of full classes to get you started!
