Work on your Technique
We offer Personal Training for those of you who have never tried CrossFit before and would like to have a one-on-one coaching. This is especially effective if you have never done any Olympic lifting or high-weight, high-intensity workouts. CrossFit is not for the faint of heart and requires a great deal of muscle endurance along with proper technique. Taking the time to have the coaching beforehand allows you to familiarize yourself with the exercises and movements, and helps prevent injuries.
We also offer Orientation classes for those who have done high-intensity workouts, are familiar with Olympic lifting techniques, and would like to try CrossFit within a group setting. Please check out our Orientation Class schedule for more details.
