Week 45: Nov 5-11

This week our strength portions are unique because we will be working in different movements, for instance, Tuesday we will be working on heavy farmer carries and Turkish get-ups. And Wednesday’s strength will be to attempt to build to our heaviest 1 lap of a sled push.

Week 33: Aug 13-19

This week we will test our strength with a heavy 2 rep max on Monday and a heavy floor press on Tuesday. Wednesday and Friday’s strength will include some functional movement to help keep our body balanced and strong.

This week for our strength portion we will revisit barbell back lunges and sumo deadlifts for a heavy five. Tuesday’s WOD is a fun variation of a barbell complex that will challenge both energy systems.

WEEK 51: Dec 12-18

We’ve got 3 weeks left in 2016 so let’s end the year strong! This week we have one benchmark WOD “Fight Gone Bad”, and another sweaty partner workout on Saturday.
Everyone has been doing well with the skill work, so we’ve got more cleans and handstand push ups to further develop these skills.
