Read More »This week we have some longer grinding workouts. We start the week of with a 20 mins EMOM with box jumps and thrusters. Were also re introducing the jump squat on Wednesday when we test our muscular endurance and, aerobic capacity. Friday’s workout is all about grip when we do toes to bars and pull ups with a farmer walk penalty for broken sets. On Saturday we have a partner workout when we do the bencmark WODs in “Grace” and “Fran.” The following day on Sunday were introducing a new movement in the split jerk.
Read More »We start this week with a partner WOD on Monday, and we re test our assault bike capacity on Tuesday. On Wednesday were doing a very popular benchmark WOD in “Fran”, which is a fast paced couplet, including thrusters and pull ups. We are also re testing our 500M row time, but this time we have a burpee penalty, if not completed at the suggested time. On Friday we have a couple of strength movements at body weight, which will test both strength, and muscular endurance. See you all the the gym this week!
Read More »The holiday season is fast approaching so let’s finish the year strong. This week features some max reps on strength movements, as well as a two benchmark WOD day on Saturday. We have some longer workouts this week to further build our fitness.
