Week 17: Apr 23-29

This week we have a mixture of different WODs, technique work, and some serious conditioning. Now that the weather is getting better we will be doing a bit of running outside so wear some comfortable running shoes. We also have a workout from the Crossfit.com 180418 on Tuesday. Even: 10 Bench press (95/65)

B) 10-minute EMOM
